Key Responsibilities

• provide early intervention services utilizing the Home-Based Coaching Model as endorsed by the State and man.

• Provide therapy in accordance with Physical Therapy best practice guidelines for children and youth under th.

• provide services utilizing the Home-Based Coaching Model as endorsed by the State and mandated by Allegheny.

• provide a cohesive therapeutic plan for children.

Requirements

• Partner with parents and caregivers to provide services utilizing the Home

• Facilitates appropriate interactions with families, peers and other agency professionals in order to provide a cohesive therapeutic plan for children.

• Responsible for scheduling appointments to evaluate Early Intervention clients provide to establish the IFSP guidelines and maximize productivity.

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree with a PA license, Master's Degree with PA license or DPT with a PA license.
