- Patient Care – 90% Provide direct patient care for pediatric critical care infants, children, and adolescents in PICU.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety activities to improve efficiency, safety, and clinical outcomes for patients.
- Teaching and other Scholarly Activities – 10% Educate, supervise, and participate in the evaluation process of residents, medical students, and other allied health trainees.
