Key Responsibilities

Patient Care – 90% Provide direct patient care for pediatric critical care infants, children, and adolescents in PICU.

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety activities to improve efficiency, safety, and clinical outcomes for patients.

Teaching and other Scholarly Activities – 10% Educate, supervise, and participate in the evaluation process of residents, medical students, and other allied health trainees.
