About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the ability to work with Administration team and nursing staff effectively.
- Able to perform all duties as described in the Pharmacy Technician job description.
- Documents activities, interventions, and processes.
- Communicates with physicians to facilitate the use of formulary.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Prefer an advanced degree in a related field and/or completion of accredited hospital pharmacy residency. EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer three years of hospital experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of DNV, CMS requirements, and state regulatory requirements. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
