About the Role

Join Urgent Care Physicians of New Jersey LLC as a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner - Red Bank, NJ & Monmouth County Urgent Cares in United States. Description *

Shortened weekend hours! Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations and the counseling of patients towards compliance with treatment

Order diagnostic tests, such as x

rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests, and interpret results accordingly

Perform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management and wound care

Requirements

License (unrestricted and in good standing) as a registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey

Certified by the New Jersey, Board of Nursing as an advanced practice nurse. Family Nurse Practitioner certification

Controlled dangerous substance registration with the State of New Jersey

Registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration of the U. S. Department of Justice
