- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; develop and implement an appropriate plan of care following regulatory and clinical standards

Requirements
- Develop comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain regulatory and clinical documentation; record treatment minutes in the electronic system
- Participate in required meetings (care conferences, utilization review, rehabilitation meetings) and complete facility
