About the Role

Join Healthforce as a Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing, Weekly Pay in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Actively monitor and amend patient visit schedules to maximize productivity and address patient needs, including rescheduling and load balancing; communicate changes to supervision as needed.

Perform comprehensive PT assessments for assigned patients, incorporating psychosocial, educational, safety, and risk factor parameters in line with regulations and APTA guidelines.

Develop and document a plan of care to promote functional independence and safety, with patient

specific goals and logical interventions advancing toward those goals.

Requirements

Current physical therapist license to practice in Vermont.

Ability to supervise PTAs, PT students, and home care aides.

Experience with, or strong familiarity of, conducting OASIS time points and related documentation.

Proficiency with required paperwork and billing processes; ability to complete forms (e. g., HHABN, Medicare notices) accurately and timely.

Salary: $2,334 - $2,453/week
