About the Role

LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatrist in St. Clair Shores, MI for outpatient care. Full-time and part-time positions with hybrid work options. Provide medication management and therapy for adults and children.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient psychiatric services
• Medication management and therapy
• Supervise PMHNPs (optional)

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board eligible or board certified
• Unencumbered DEA license

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range $316,000 - $407,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus $20,000-$25,000
• Production incentive bonuses up to $25,000
• CME allowance $2,000/year
• Additional compensation up to $72,000 for supervising PMHNPs
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with match
