About the Role

Join PACS as a Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility in United States. Hemet Hills Post Acute is a newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in Hemet, CA! With 178 beds, servicing both short- and long-term patients; we are looking for the best nurses and staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons

Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about

Develop an individualized treatment plan

Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
