- Knowledge of the Child, Family and Community Services Act (CFCSA) and other relevant Legislation
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultural practices, values and beliefs and a demonstrated ability to work respectfully with Indigenous children, families, and communities in a culturally sensitive manner.
