About the Role

Join Rising Ground, Inc. as a TIL-Social Worker in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure quality counseling, case management and support is provided to all active participants.

Provide weekly documented case notes for sessions held.

Review treatment and Individual service plans (ISP) to ensure they meet the needs of the youth.

Ensure paperwork for youth is completed in a timely fashion including but not limited to intakes, case notes, Bio Psycho Socials /assessments, and referral material.

Requirements

MSW degree required.
