About the Role

Join HumanGood as a Registered Dietitian – Full-Time, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts Nutrition assessment to determine the nutritional needs, preferences and goals of the residents/clients and actively participate in IDT meetings to develop resident/client care plans.
  • Assesses and completes appropriate MDS 3.0 sections (e. g., Section K Nutritional Status, Feeding Tube, Dehydration/Fluid Maintenance CAAs and care planning).
  • Provide monthly reviews and documentation for residents/clients with significant weight changes, wounds, enteral feedings and other high
  • nutritional risks.

Requirements

  • Exempt. $32.50
  • $42.00 per hour DOE Work Duties
