Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

Key Responsibilities

based Practice (EBPs) interventions that are individualized and commiserate with the appropriate training, education, and respective model adherence

Requirements

Contribute to the development of the Family Service Plan with the identified family members.

Monitor and document the client’s progress towards meeting the individualized objectives outlined in the Family Service Plan.

Complete the required documentation of case consultations, individual and family services to track progress and increased/decreased level of functioning.

Ensures compliance with and timeliness of documentation productivity standards and service delivery, and that documentation is submitted in accordance with established schedules.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $78,000 to $78,000 annually.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
