Key Responsibilities

• will be responsible for creating a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and growth while ensuring our outpatient services remain compliant, well-staffed, and responsive to client needs.

• will ensure the outpatient program is appropriately staffed at all times, balancing caseloads, scheduling, and coverage to meet client demand without burning out your team.

• develop clinicians at all stages of their careers, and directly influence the quality of care clients receiv.

• lead hiring efforts, identifying and selecting counselors, interns, and peer recovery staff who align wit.
