About the Role

EK Health seeks a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) to provide case management services remotely. The role supports injured workers with care coordination and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care plans.
• Communicate with providers, employers, and injured workers.
• Review medical records and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.

Requirements

• RN with valid compact license.
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience.
• Case management or workers' compensation experience preferred.

• $35-$42 per hour ($72,800 - $87,360 annually).
