Job Description
Join Mass General Brigham in Boston as a Respiratory Therapist/Lead Pulmonary Technician. This full-time role offers $31.35 to $46.91 hourly pay plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Work a Monday-Friday schedule with four 10-hour shifts and a flexible day off.
You will supervise technical training, competency assessments, and equipment troubleshooting in the Pulmonary Function Laboratory. Perform diagnostic procedures including spirometry, body plethysmography, DLCO, and more. Support the Pulmonary ALS Clinic with patient education and therapy management.
Candidates must have an Associate’s degree from a CoARC-approved program, a valid MA respiratory care license, and RRT certification. Experience preferred but not required.
