About the Role

Join University of Virginia as a Ambulatory Pharmacist - Oncology in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage therapeutic plans using the most effective, economical, and evidence-based treatments for oncology patients in the ambulatory setting.

Collaborate across disciplines with oncologists, infusion teams, and specialty pharmacy to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal medication outcomes.

Provide direct patient care through assessments, collaborative drug therapy management, and medication monitoring.

Assist in ordering and interpreting medication-related tests to guide therapy decisions and ensure safety.
