About the Role
Join Salud Para La Gente as a Behavioral Health Therapist-LCSW in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- include, but are not limited to, the following: Screen for behavioral health needs in patients, provide counseling and referrals, document individual initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with the individual and involved parties.
- Assist participants in identifying and pursuing realistic treatment goals.
Requirements
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Maintains an updated CPR certificate and valid California driver's license Experience working in a community health center setting or similar environment is desired.
- Knowledge of care and control of chronic and acute behavioral health conditions and of the principles and practices of public health medicine laws and regulations.
