Requirements
- of 6 months with option to extend Responsibilities Develops nutritional care plans in order to ensure individual patient nutritional needs are met.
- Completes follow-up to patient care plans as established in the Nutrition Care Plan in order to meet The Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
- Create nutrition plans to improve the health and physical conditions of patients.
- Analyzes the patients’ health status, goals, and dietary restrictions, tracks the patient’s dietary intake and progress and educating patients on how to maintain a balanced diet.
