Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients promptly, develop individualized treatment plans requiring physician approval, and deliver care while supervising Physical Therapy Assistants. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and instructing staff on maintenance programs.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, a current California PT license, and CPR certification, with a Master’s or Doctorate being preferred. Strong documentation skills, experience in SNF or post-acute care, and the ability to collaborate positively are also required.
