Join Links Healthcare as a Speech-Language Pathologist – PRN in United States. West Tennessee Post-Acute, located in Jackson, TN, is a skilled nursing facility with 67 Medicare-certified beds. It has been CMS-certified since 1986 and offers transitional care services aimed at helping patients recover after hospital stays.
Key Responsibilities
- develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address identified communication difficulties.
Requirements
- Master's degree in speech pathology is REQUIRED
- State licensure and relevant certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and problem
- solving skills.
