STATUS: Fulltime LOCATION: Rochester Regional Health Home Care, 800 West Miller Street, Suite 6, Newark, NY 14513 DEPARTMENT: Rehabilitation SCHEDULE: Mon -Fri, 7:30am - 4pm SUMMARY Will provide skilled physical therapy to Unity clients per N. Y.

Key Responsibilities

Train, mentor and coach team members to ensure standards of the department are met; address scheduling needs to ensure proper coverage is provided REQUIRE.
