About the Role

Join BJC HealthCare as a Physical Therapist – Home Care – Day Shift in United States. We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes across North St.

Key Responsibilities

Instructs and assists patient to perform various physical activities and in use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.

Instructs patient and family in treatment procedures.

Re-evaluates patient and adapts treatment program accordingly to achieve maximum benefit.

Confers with physician and other practitioners to obtain additional information, suggest revisions in treatment plan and to integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of patients‘ care.

Requirements
