Join Mosaic Primary Care Network as a Primary Care Dietitian – Full-Time, Competitive Pay in United States. PRIMARY CARE DIETITIAN Status: Regular full-time (1.0 FTE) Reporting To: Registered Dietitian & Kinesiologist Supervisor Date Available: Negotiable Shift Pattern: Days Hours of Work: 7.

Key Responsibilities

Assesses the nutritional status of individuals, families, and communities through screening, data collection, ongoing monitoring, and reassessment. Intervention

Educates individuals, families, and communities to assist in applying nutrition principles to improve overall health status using motivational interviewing and behavioural change management.

Provides clinical services using a patient centred approach in both one to one and group settings.

Identifies priorities, target dates, and strategies, together with the patients, which contribute to individualized treatment plans and goals.

Requirements

Bachelors’ degree in nutrition.

Licensed within the College of Dietitians of Alberta (CDA). Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in public health, health promotion or community

based nutrition.

Salary: $40.29 - $53.56/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
