Key Responsibilities

• A day in the life of a Clerical Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Provides input to supervisor for the annual performance appraisals of clerical support staff.

• Coordinates meeting schedules and appointments as related to departmental activities.

• Maintains operation of the clerical services including, but not limited to typing, filing, billing and transcription.

• Plans and organizes work to provide an efficient workload, and prepares daily, weekend, holiday and vacation schedules for the clerical personnel.

Requirements

• Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

• 3-5 years of experience.
