Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO from an accredited program and hold Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, along with an active, unrestricted Michigan medical license. Preferred qualifications include experience or certification in Geriatrics and/or palliative care, or experience caring for medically complex older adults.
