This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

Plan and lead individual and group therapeutic recreation activities.

Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.

Monitor patient activities and behaviors, promptly reporting any changes to the assigned medical staff.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $19.57 - $20.07/hr

15 days PTO.

Student loan repayment assistance.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position, though Medical Assistant certification and/or an Associate’s Degree are preferred. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, have recent Tuberculosis Skin Test and Flu vaccination, and be capable of working 12-hour shifts.
