About the Role

Join UnityPoint Health as a Respiratory Therapist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of oxygen, respiratory medicines, bronchial hygiene, and collection of blood for arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis for all ages.

Maintenance of invasive and non-invasive ventilators.

Assist in airway management for all ages.

Perform EKGs and bedside monitoring of patients’ vital signs, and assessment of the respiratory system for all ages.

Requirements

Certified: Associates degree in respiratory therapy.

1 year experience preferred.

Licensed in the state of Iowa as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with the NBRC at time of hire.

Work Schedule

As-Needed position.

Day shift only - no nights.
