Overview HealthPro Heritage at Home is currently seeking to add a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)or home health in our East Texas Branch. -Coverage area will ideally include Diana, Kilgore, Longview, Gilmer, and Henderson areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.

• Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech

• Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC
