Join Kingman Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice - Full-Time in United States. Key Responsibilities

• Serves patients in an outpatient setting.

• Hospice RNs coordinate the implementation of a Hospice Plan of Care for each assigned patient.

• Works under the direction of the physician and the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act to provide nursing care to patients in compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Able to assist with the movement of an adult patient to 300 lbs, able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach, while working with patients for the entire shift.

• Expected duties have routine potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.

• Requires travel, in properly insured vehicle, throughout our service area.

• Full-time position.
