About the Role
Join Willowbrook Hospice LLC as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – Per Diem, Georgia in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides clinical expertise and oversight for the Willowbrook Hospice in conjunction with the Hospice Medical Director and Hospice Associate Medical Directors.
- Conducts daily rounds on existing and new patients and complete visit documentation under the supervision of the Hospice Medical Director and Associate Medical Director.
- Completes discharge and death summaries.
- During weekdays, NP’s billing revenue goes to WBH unless Hospice physician bills for the visit.
Requirements
- Georgia license and certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- National certification required and authorized provider to bill Medicare and Medicaid.
- Georgia license and currently Registered Professional Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.
- Inpatient Hospice or Palliative Care nursing experience preferred.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Flexible scheduling available.
