Key Responsibilities

will be responsible for triaging incoming requests from patients, assessing their needs and providing the appropriate clinical recommendations and coaching to support resolution of symptoms and/or improvement in perceived health.

will be referring patients to healthcare facilities and community-based resources.

will provide a meaningful patient experience, while using your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans.

will do: · Possess strong clinical expertise and experience in a range of health conditions · Possess compassion and empathy in order to treat our patients and promote healthy lifestyles.

Hourly rate: $63.5/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted professional nursing license in the province of work with a willingness to obtain additional provincial NP licenses, and availability covering weekdays, occasional evenings (8 am – 8 pm EST), and occasional weekends/on-call shifts. Preferred qualifications include two years of direct clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and demonstrated leadership experience.
