Key Responsibilities

provide our clients with the most efficient and accessible care, in an ever-changing society.

Provide a minimum of 4-6 direct service sessions, per client, per month as planned for by the rehabilitation.

Develop and implement a treatment plan (IRP) with the client every 3-6 months Help clients resolve problems,.
