This role provides high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic care by managing the complete occupational therapy process for an assigned group of home health patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and treatment interventions within the established scope of practice and professional code of ethics.

• Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status to contribute to the total patient plan of care.

• Deliver purposeful, skilled interaction care using appropriate procedures and techniques consistent with the physician's prescribed plan of care.

• Observe and accurately report the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in their overall condition.
