About the Role

Join GuideStar Eldercare as a Clinical Therapist – Geriatric Neurobehavioral in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will do: - Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy - Coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated.
  • provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.
  • provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders.
  • Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy -.

Requirements

  • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or in Social Work
