Requirements

• Vermont Licensed RN with a passion for hospice and palliative care.

• Prior hospice experience and/or case management background preferred, though comprehensive training and orientation will be provided.

• time employees who haven’t worked at CVHHH within the past 12 months and who haven’t previously received a sign

• on bonus, paid quarterly over two years.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $45/hr.

• Signing bonus: $15,000.

• 28 days PTO.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.
