Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and implement staffing plans to ensure appropriate patient care coverage and adjust unit productivity to meet established targets.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize bed utilization in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator Office.
- Respond to urgent and emergent situations by reallocating personnel and resources as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, corrective action, and termination of staff, as appropriate.
