Key Responsibilities

• Work one on one with patients and families in their home setting or per televisit which allows you to customize their diets.

• Educate patients (and their families) on specialized diet and assist in weight management You may have the opportunity to work with MDs and outside agencies for pts with enteral feeding and TPN.

• Patients are referred following a hospitalization, inpatient rehab stay or by their physicians.

• ​What you will need: Bachelor Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (Didactic Program for Dietetics).

Requirements
