About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Registered Dietitian - per diem - Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association. in United States. Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Come join the satisfied, long-term staff of this 5 out of 5 star agency. There’s not a local agency that compares to us!

Key Responsibilities

Work one on one with patients and families in their home setting or per televisit which allows you to customize their diets.

Educate patients (and their families) on specialized diet and assist in weight management You may have the opportunity to work with MDs and outside agencies for pts with enteral feeding and TPN.

Patients are referred following a hospitalization, inpatient rehab stay or by their physicians.

What you will need: Bachelor Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (Didactic Program for Dietetics).

preferably in an acute setting Home care experience preferred but not required Eddy VNRA provides a comprehensive orientation program and a supportive work environment including in
