About the Role

Brain Health USA offers a flexible telemedicine psychiatry position allowing you to manage your own schedule within operation hours from 7 am to 10 pm daily. This contract role requires no formal contract and provides a projected starting income of $500k to $600k annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare initial intake screening questionnaires for new patients.
• Process billing claims and handle all phone calls.
• Manage appointment setups and disability forms.
• Prepare CURES reports and most medication prior authorizations.
• Handle patient letters such as animal support letters.
• Collaborate with office manager for problematic patient issues.
• Provide IT support as needed.
• For MDs, optional reimbursement for NP supervision.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with psychiatry specialization.
• Ability to work remotely and manage flexible scheduling.
