About the Role

Join Excelin Health Services as a Speech Language Pathologist - Santa Clara County in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts appropriate evaluations, assesses home environment (as appropriate), identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language function.

Identifies functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patient’s function.

Administers speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment.

Recommends communication devices/aids as indicated.

Requirements

Possesses a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP), and who meets either of the following requirements: A.

Is licensed as a speech language pathologist by the State in which the individual furnishes such service; or B.

If the State does not license speech-language pathologists: 1.

Must successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or is in the process of accumulating such supervised clinical experience); 2.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
