About the Role

Full-Time PM Recovery Counselor at Stars' Adult 24/7 Inpatient Crisis Residential Unit in Merced, CA. Support adults with psychiatric crises in a 16-bed voluntary inpatient program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with activity groups and outings.
• Encourage client socialization and provide behavioral feedback.
• Document client attendance and responses.
• Observe and report client physical and psychiatric conditions.
• Assist with meals and transport clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months full-time direct care experience preferred.
• Experience in adult mental health or substance use disorder counseling recommended.
