Join Liberty Behavioral & Community Services as a Nurse Practitioner (Per-Diem) in Sugar Grove, West Virginia, United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive history and physical (H&P) examinations upon admission.

Obtain detailed medical, psychiatric, and substance use histories.

Assess for withdrawal risk using evidence

based tools (e. g., CIWA

Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or PMHNP preferred).

DEA registration (X

waiver if applicable for buprenorphine prescribing, if required by state regulations).

Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
