Key Responsibilities

• will provide physical therapy to our patients in both community and residential settings in the Kaufman, TX area and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• of one year of home health experience is preferred, along with a proven ability to manage a fast-paced, independent work schedule.

• Knowledge of Homecare Homebase software is a plus.

• Develops and evaluates the plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s).
