Key Responsibilities

  • Our Registered Nurses in the NICU independently perform clinical care to infant patients.
  • Working with a dedicated team, the Registered Nurse provides evidence-based, high quality care to critically ill newborns and serves as a resource for other team members.
  • Our 26 bed, Level III NICU is a part of the Family Childbirth and Children’s Center at Mercy.
  • Shift: Nights; 7:00 pm-7:00 am.

Requirements

  • two years of clinical nursing experience in a NICU is strongly preferred Healthcare Provider
  • Level CPR (BLS) certification, and NRP required NICU/PEDS
  • NRP within 6 months of hire
