About the Role

Join Solace as a Clinical Psychologist to lead patient intake assessments and shape behavioral health services in a fully remote, tech-forward startup environment. You'll work closely with leadership to improve patient journeys and clinical processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake evaluations gathering clinical and behavioral health information.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with Director of Behavioral Health to refine clinical operations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and support patient advocates.
  • Provide expert input on platform and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) in California and/or PSYPACT authorization.
  • Minimum 3 years independent practice.
  • Deep knowledge of DSM-5 and experience with medically complex behavioral health patients.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment.
