Summary of Job: NorthStar is hiring a Medical Director at Three Gables Surgery Center in Proctorville, Ohio! Three Gables Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center, managed by St. Mary’s Medical Center. A wide range of same-day surgeries, including orthopedic, ear nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive, ophthalmology, podiatry and pain management, are performed at the center.
Compensation (Leadership Position)
$480,000 Base
$30,000 Medical Director Stipend
PTO: 13 weeks
Sign-On Bonus: $60,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday; no call; no weekends
Cases to Include: Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, ENT, General, Podiatry, Plastics, Neuro.

Facility Description: Three Gables Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center, managed by St. Mary’s Medical Center. A wide range of same-day surgeries, including orthopedic, ear nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive, ophthalmology, podiatry and pain management, are performed at the center. Located just five miles from Huntington at 5897 County Road 107 in Proctorville, Ohio, Three Gables allows patients to have same-day surgeries and procedures with the same quality of staff, and equipment as the hospitals, but without the overnight stay.
