Join University of Minnesota Physicians as a Patient Care Supervisor (Mental Health and Neurology) in United States. Why M Physicians? The SLP Clinic supports 5 unique neurology and mental health subspecialty programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • will do as a Patient Care Supervisor: Works alongside clinic staff to provide outstanding customer service and patient care Provides daily workflow direction to accommodate clinic efficiency and meet site objectives Partners with clinic leadership in making hiring, performance management, pay, and overall staffing decisions Leads and/or participates in project/team improvement initiatives Coordinates training of staff upon hire and provides ongoing development and mentorship Ensures that staff training aligns with OSHA, Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies/requirements Assists with the development and implementation of required training, as well as administering of policies, procedures, and standard processes What you will need: BLS Certification High school diploma with some post-secondary education or technical healthcare training Demonstrated process improvement experience 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting, and a minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting Shown mentor, team-building, and performance leadership skills Location: St.
