Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Maintain active license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts Required Classes/Skills

Basic Life Support Full time (40 hrs) M

4:30 1 Weekend day every 4 weeks 1 Holiday per year Responsibilities if Required: Education if Required: License/Registration/Certification Requirements: Physical Therapist
