About the Role

Join LifeStance Health as an Outpatient Psychiatrist in Claremont, California. This position allows you to treat adult or child & adolescent patients with flexibility in psychotherapy and caseload management. Work in a hybrid setting with modern offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Manage your own caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Requirements

• Licensed in California.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000 based on productivity with uncapped earning potential.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday with weekends optional.
