About the Role

Join Onco360 as a Clinical Pharmacist – Remote, No Weekends in United States. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY has an immediate need for a Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Serves as lead resource to internal stakeholders for medical/drug information inquiries

Maintains patient database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over

counter and home remedies).

Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high risk conditions are ordered, evaluated and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D

Desired: Completion of PGY

1 and/or PGY

2 pharmacy residency training in oncology Work Experience
