Key Responsibilities

• * Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• * Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
• * Applies concepts of infection control/universal precautions in performing patient care
• * Maintain and complete all documentation within company stated guidelines.

Requirements

• * Valid Physical Therapy license
• * CPR certification
• * Valid Driver’s license
• * HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
